Parents - Please Confirm Emails in Infinite Campus!
We are excited to provide a new service to you by making required documents much easier to complete! Now you can sign and submit paperwork easily from your computer, smartphone, tablet or any electronic device. The system is fast, efficient and highly secure.
Starting this year, we will be using Chalk Schools forms to distribute digital forms. You won’t need to sign up anywhere or get an account in order to complete these forms. Online links will be distributed by email and on our school website so you can access them conveniently from anywhere.
Email continues to be a valuable communication tool and is even more important with our migration to digital form. All official student information, including parent e-mail, is stored in our student data system, Infinite Campus (IC). Infinite Campus provides a parent log-in account that allows parents/guardian to view important information such as grades, attendance and more.
We need up-to-date email addresses for all parents/guardians. If your email address has changed please log into your parent/guardian account on Infinite Campus and update all parent/guardian e-mail addresses (link provided). MVHS sent a test e-mail on May 20, 2016, so if you received it, your email address is current. If you do not receive the test e-mail please access the Infinite Campus link AND access either the Chalk School Form for incoming 9th graders or the Chalk School Form for coming 10th to 12th graders (depending on the class of your student).
